Applicability
These terms apply to all bookings, classes, workshops, private lessons and teacher training provided by Futurepick (the "Services"). By attending or booking you agree to these terms.
Australian Consumer Law & Refunds
Consumer guarantees: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) certain guarantees apply to services. Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies such as a refund, replacement or compensation.
Refunds & Credits: Refunds for class packages or workshops are provided in accordance with ACL and our stated cancellation policy. We offer refunds or credits where we are unable to provide the booked Services or where a consumer guarantee applies.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations by clients should follow our class booking terms. For workshops and teacher training, specific cancellation rules apply and will be stated at booking.

Data Protection & Privacy
We collect the minimum personal data necessary for bookings, payments and delivering Services. Our full data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
We retain records for business and legal purposes as required by Australian law and for safe operation of classes.

Health, Safety & Liability
Participating in yoga involves physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate. Inform instructors of injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class. Futurepick and its instructors are not liable for personal injury except to the extent required by law.
We maintain public liability insurance. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Insurance
Public liability insurance is held for studio operations. For private lessons offsite, insurance details are provided at booking.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We aim to resolve complaints informally. If you have a complaint, contact us via Contacts with full details. If unresolved, parties may escalate to external dispute resolution bodies such as the relevant state consumer affairs body or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and courts located in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
